Heat Pilates Challenge

The Heat Pilates Challenge is a structured and effective programme designed to sculpt the body from the inside out through a simple, effective and progressive format. Each session consists of three movements performed in succession, following a specific sequence:

  • Series 1 : 8 repetitions
  • Series 2 : 6 repetitions
  • Series 3 : 6 repetitions

This gradual pace creates a natural build-up in intensity, increases muscle warmth and activates deep muscle fibres for a targeted, precise and controlled workout.
