Warm-up, mobility & overall toning

A complete and fluid workout to activate, strengthen, and stretch the body with control. We begin standing with a full-body warm-up, then mobilize the hips and engage the core with extensions and abductor movements. The sequence includes a series of side kicks, knee planks with leg movements, the saw pose, and exercises targeting back mobility. The session concludes with a shoulder bridge and a stretch to release tension. A structured and accessible flow, perfect for combining toning and well-being.
